We loved location and staff here.

I loved this luxurious hotel, its ideal location and genuinely helpful staff. It included good restaurant for breakfast.

I would recomand the place. The hotel was fairly clean and the location and stuff where pleasant! Lovely beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and tea/coffee making equipment in the room.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met expectations, would recomand it.

I loved handy location, responsive staff and good room. Breakfast was great, food was always fresh. The good drinks in outdoor bar were very welcome. The stay was TERRIFIC, would recommend.

Had a brilliant stay here. The hotel was fresh clean and top, liked the cozy beds. Room had a nice sized bathroom and microwave and hairdryer.

Really pleasant location, just average room and I loved very helpful staff. They made my stay enjoyable. Really good food, friendly service. Neighboring hotel in a downtown area of Chicago. Quite close to the airport, 12 miles, perfect for an early flight.

Great location, accommodating staff, early check in. We were offered small queen room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a seating area and a writing desk which were very good. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot😀

Satisfied with the hotel, it's an enjoyable base for staying in Chicago. Thanks again to receptionist, you rock! Services included free WiFi...

There was no mini-bar. The room was very small.

the skyline view was a bonus. we were adjacent to some popular places like chicago riverwalk.

It was easy to get to soldier field and grant park was also really close to this place. Convenient for business guests. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like Lh Rooftop that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
